What is the tracking number and how it works?

It may be helpful to explain that  the tracking number is not the same as the purchase order number. The tracking number is a unique identifier for a parcel that can be used to track the shipment status. The tracking number is a specific number assigned to each parcel immediately prior to dispatch. This number acts as a unique identification code and allows a package to be tracked from the time the order was placed to its final destination. The tracking number is usually printed as a barcode that can be read by a barcode reader or smartphones.

An order number, also known as a purchase order number or order identification number, is a number that identifies a purchase or order placed by the buyer. Marketplaces and e-commerce sites assign an order number to each order so they can track it. This number can also be useful to the seller when they need to find details such as delivery date, payment terms or the status of the shipment. However, it should be noted that an order number is not used to track the parcel.

The tracking number is visible in the webshop system when ordering a product, but it is often sent by email. Please note that the parcel tracking number handled by our company start with UA, UB, UC, LA, RR, ECSC, PNLUC, PBLUC. In some cases, you may receive a new tracking number, which is not always notified. Where can be found the tracking number?

In the webshop system, the tracking number is shown when you order the product, but it is often sent by email. We suggest that you always check your SPAM/Junk mail folder in your mail system if you do not find any email in your inbox related to your product order. If you have not received the email, please contact the seller (webshop) as the tracking number is assigned to the parcel by the seller.

If you would like to check the tracking number, it will also appear on the parcel label when the parcel is delivered.

On AliExpress, for example, you can find the tracking number by following these steps. Go to your profile and go to “My Orders”. Then you need to select the order you want to track, a “Track order” button will appear next to the order you want to track. If you place your cursor over it, you will see a pop-up window with the AliExpress tracking number.

What are the available shipping methods?

We do provide the following shipping solutions according to the service levels chosen when place an order for the product.

Super Economy

If your tracking number starts with the characters UB or ECSCCA, then it is a super economy service. This solution contains only the most basic tracking information, so the last tracking event is that the parcel has arrived in Hungary. The parcel is sent to the destination country, so the package must be searched for at the local post office in the Addresses country. The delivery of the ordered product from China takes the longest with this solution, it takes up to 30 days from the arrival of the parcel in Hungary.

Semi-Tracked

If the tracking number starts with the characters UA or UC or ECSCCA, then it is a semi tracked service. This solution has extended tracking, so the last tracking event is that the parcel has arrived in the destination country, so the parcel must be searched at the local post office in the Addresse’s country. The delivery of the parcel from China takes approximately 14 days from the arrival of the parcel in Hungary.

Full-Tracked

If the tracking number starts with the characters LA, RR, ECSC00AARO, PNLUC, then it is a full tracked service. Tracking events can be seen of the entire lifecycle of the parcel, from dispatch to arrival to the Addressee. The delivery of the parcel from China takes the shortest with this solution, approximately 10 days from the arrival of the parcel in Hungary.

COD

If your tracking number starts with PBLUC or ECSC01AA, then this is a Cash On Delivery service. This solution therefore tracks the entire lifecycle of the parcet, from dispatch to arrival to the Addressee, where our partners deliver the parcels if the value of the shipment is paid by the Addressee. The delivery of the parcel from China takes the shortest with this solution, approximately 10 days from the arrival of the parcel in Hungary.

How long does delivery take?

Please note, we do not have a time guaranteed delivery service, and if the parcel goes through customs clearance it will extend the delivery time of the parcel.

In case of Super Economy delivery service, the parcel delivery takes approximately 30 days from the arrival of the parcel in Hungary.

In the case of Semi Tracked delivery service, the parcel delivery takes approximately 14 days from the arrival of the parcel in Hungary.

In the case of Full Tracked delivery service, the parcel delivery takes approximately 10 days from the arrival of the parcel in Hungary.

In case of COD service delivery service, the parcel delivery takes approximately 10 days from the arrival of the parcel in Hungary.

I have not received my parcel. What can I do?

If your parcel has been traced and it seems stucked somewhere, please fill in our reporting form, indicating your parcel tracking number.

What is the complaint process?

As a logistics service provider, our company, European Chinese Supply Chain Zrt., delivers products in sealed parcels to the buyers that ordered from Chinese online shops.

Please be aware that customer service activities related to the quality and other characteristics of the ordered products  belongs to the online stores where you ordered the product. Therefore, please make contact with the relevant online store and subscribe your complaint/request.

If there is a problem with the product (poor quality, did not arrive, broken, etc.), you should write to the seller. In the case of an order comes was placed at e.g. Aliexpress, or to the webshop’s Customer Service department in the case of an order from a webshop. Only a part of the ordered products has arrived. What can I do?
