During the Christmas period, the processing and delivery of orders originating from the Far East may take longer than usual due to increased parcel volumes and extended customs clearance times. As a logistics company, we have no influence over the webshop’s operations or the shipping and customs procedures.
The different delivery methods (Super Economy, Semi Tracked, Full Tracked) involve varying transit times. Therefore, we kindly advise customers who intend to receive their orders before the holidays to place their purchases in the selected webshop in a timely manner.
Please note that because of the upcoming holidays, our customer service department will be closed between the 24th and 28th of December.
From the day of 29th of December, inquires will be processed in order which they were received
